Korea Vac Tec's VTC-1000 PO Coater
is designed for precise optical coatings on optical parts and similar
products
by using electron-beam and thermal (boat) evaporation (with ion
gun pre-cleaning and assistance) to create multilayer optical coating
on the surface of substrates. VTC-1000 PO Coater runs in fully
automatic mode.
The system shown above has Intellemetrics'
IL552 Optical Monitor with the source module mounted above the
chamber and the detector module mounted underneath the chamber
for monitoring of a test glass in the center of the rotating calotte.
The image below shows the inside
of the chamber with the calotte, ebeam guns and heaters visible.
